Jess offers a solid sense of internal safety through truly living what she offers.
Her passion is in creating opportunities for others to embrace their own expression, accessing their own natural timing, so that they are empowered. Her way is welcoming, approachable, non-bullshit, safe, and challenging from a place that acknowledges and welcomes all of the parts of the individual and the process.
With strong self-practiced & embodied knowledge, Jess only points toward what is safe and available to the client in that moment. In this subtle internal space she invites what is ready to emerge. Her intention is to extend the benefits of practice and bodywork into everyday life.
